1. Seller
GiaNet Media di Francesco Giannetta, based in Otranto (LE), Italy. Sole proprietorship under the Italian flat-rate tax regime (L. 190/2014) — prices shown are final and not subject to VAT.
2. Subject
These terms govern the sale of digital services offered through the JobFlow platform (jobflow.trovido.com), including subscription plans, credit packages, and premium services.
3. Purchase Process
Purchases are made through the guided process on the platform. The user selects the desired service, provides billing information, and proceeds to payment. The contract is concluded upon payment confirmation.
Before confirmation, the user has the opportunity to review and correct the entered data.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and represent the final amount. Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified platform. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other Stripe-supported methods.
For subscriptions, renewal occurs automatically at the end of each period. Users can cancel renewal at any time from their account area.
5. Service Activation
Digital services are activated immediately upon payment confirmation. The user expressly consents to immediate execution of the digital service and acknowledges that such consent results in the loss of the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
6. Duration and Renewal
Subscriptions have monthly or annual duration, as specified at the time of purchase. Renewal is automatic unless cancelled by the user, which can be done at any time before the expiry of the current period.
Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for the current period but prevents subsequent renewal.
7. Right of Withdrawal
For details on the right of withdrawal, please refer to the dedicated page: Right of Withdrawal.
8. Warranties and Liability
The seller guarantees that digital services conform to the descriptions published on the platform. In case of non-conformity, the user is entitled to service restoration at no additional cost.
The seller is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure, scheduled maintenance, or third-party technical issues.
9. Invoicing
A fiscal receipt or invoice is issued for each purchase, available in the user's account under the Orders section. Fiscal documents comply with applicable regulations.
10. Support
For purchase-related inquiries, users can use the platform's support system.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction. The European Commission's ODR platform is also available: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
