- Not requesting personal information unrelated to the position
- Ensuring fair working conditions in compliance with applicable law
- Providing equal pay for equal work, regardless of gender
5. Obligations for Candidates
Candidates commit to:
- Maintaining respectful behavior in communications
- Not discriminating against companies or other users
- Reporting discriminatory behavior through the support system
6. Job Postings
JobFlow reserves the right to remove postings that:
- Contain discriminatory requirements (e.g., "men only", "max 30 years old")
- Use offensive or exclusionary language
- Propose contractual conditions not in compliance with the law
- Request personal information unrelated to the role
7. Accessibility
JobFlow is committed to making the platform accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines and EU Directive 2019/882 on accessibility.
8. Reporting
Anyone who believes they have experienced or witnessed discriminatory behavior can report it through the support system. All reports are reviewed confidentially and promptly.
JobFlow reserves the right to take action against users who violate this policy, including account suspension or closure.
9. Language Inclusion
The platform is available in 10 languages to ensure access for an international and diverse audience. Content is written with attention to inclusive language.
