1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of subscription, without giving any reason.

2. How to Exercise Withdrawal

1. Log into your JobFlow account
2. Open a ticket via the support system
3. Clearly state your intention to withdraw
4. Provide order details (name, email, purchase date)

3. Effects of Withdrawal

• Refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request
• Refund via the same payment method used (Stripe)
• Premium access will be revoked upon refund

4. Subscription Cancellation

Regardless of withdrawal rights, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
