1. Purpose
This Code of Conduct establishes behavioral rules for all JobFlow platform users, to ensure a professional, safe, and respectful environment for workers and companies.
2. General Rules
All users must:
- Provide truthful and accurate information in their profile and communications
- Maintain professional and respectful behavior in every interaction
- Respect the confidentiality of information received through the platform
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes in compliance with the Terms of Service
- Not attempt to circumvent the platform's security systems or features
3. Prohibited Behavior
The following is expressly prohibited:
- Fraud and deception: creating fake profiles, falsifying credentials, experience, or references
- Harassment: offensive, threatening, intimidating, or sexually explicit messages
- Spam: sending unsolicited commercial messages, promoting external services
- Discrimination: any form of discrimination (see Equal Opportunity Policy)
- Platform circumvention: arranging payments or conditions outside the platform to evade commissions or protections
- Inappropriate content: publishing illegal, violent, obscene content, or content that infringes third-party rights
- Review manipulation: fake reviews, review exchanges, intimidation to obtain favorable reviews
4. Rules for Companies
Companies posting job offers on JobFlow must also:
- Post only real, currently available job offers
- Clearly indicate contractual conditions, compensation, and requirements
- Respond to applications within a reasonable timeframe
- Comply with applicable labor laws
- Not request free work from candidates under the guise of "trials"
5. Rules for Candidates
Candidates must also:
- Apply only to positions for which they meet the essential requirements
- Honor commitments (interviews, start dates)
- Promptly communicate any changes in availability
- Not apply to positions in a mass, indiscriminate manner
6. Reporting System
Any user can report violations of this Code through the support system. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team within 48 business hours.
7. Enforcement
In case of violations, JobFlow may take the following actions, based on severity:
- Warning: formal notification of the violation
- Temporary restriction: limitation of certain account features
- Suspension: temporary account suspension (7-30 days)
- Content removal: deletion of non-compliant postings, reviews, or messages
- Account closure: permanent ban from the platform for serious or repeated violations
Users can contest actions through the support system within 15 days of notification.
8. Changes
JobFlow reserves the right to update this Code of Conduct. Substantial changes will be communicated to users via platform notification.
