Click Register and choose your role: worker or company. The guided 3-step wizard will help you complete your profile, upload your CV and set your job preferences.

It is completely free for workers: profile, Europass CV, applications, push notifications and chat. Companies can choose between a free plan with basic features and premium plans (Business €29/month, Premium €79/month) with featured listings, analytics and multiple workspaces.

Search listings with advanced filters: category, geographic radius on the map, accommodation, experience and contract type. Open the listing and click Apply: your profile and Europass CV are sent automatically. You will receive push notifications on every update.

Register as a company and follow the guided wizard to complete your profile. Go to My Listings to create a job posting with all details (category, salary, accommodation, start date). You can make it featured or urgent with add-ons to maximise visibility.

A reliability score based on profile completeness, reviews and identity verification.

You can communicate via real-time chat directly on the platform. If you receive a message while offline, you will get a push notification and an automatic email.

Yes, in your company profile you can indicate if you offer accommodation and specify details.

Yes, in settings you can toggle visibility. Hidden profile = not searchable but you can still apply.

Add-ons are individually purchasable enhancements: featured listings for greater visibility, urgent badge for critical positions, AI CV analysis and priority support. You can purchase them from the add-on store in your dashboard.

If you manage multiple businesses (hotel, restaurant, resort), you can create separate workspaces for each one. For each workspace you can invite collaborators and assign roles with specific permissions (admin, manager, editor, viewer) to manage listings and applications independently.

After finding the right candidate, you can create a digital contract from the platform. The worker receives a notification to sign, and at the end of the experience both parties can leave a verified review.

In the CV and Documents section of your profile you can build your CV in Europass format with 7 sections: personal data, experience, education, skills, languages, certificates and portfolio. You can also upload an existing CV.

On your first visit you will be asked to enable push notifications. Once enabled, you will receive instant updates on new applications, messages, contracts and deadlines. You can manage preferences from the Push Notifications page.

Each feature uses AI credits, purchasable separately or included in some add-ons.

AI credits are the internal currency for using artificial intelligence features. Each AI operation uses a variable number of credits based on complexity (from 2 to 5 credits per operation).

Gigs is an on-demand services marketplace built into JobFlow. You can search for professionals in your area (plumbers, electricians, gardeners, cleaners, movers and more), check reviews and rates, and book directly from a professional profile. If you are a professional, you can create your service profile and receive requests and bookings.

From the professionals directory, find the service you need by filtering by category, area and rate. Visit the professional profile to see reviews, availability and portfolio. You can book directly by choosing date, time and describing the job. The professional will confirm the booking and you can communicate via the built-in chat.

If you are a professional or craftsman, you can activate the Gigs section from your profile. Fill in your service profile with skill categories, coverage area, rates and a description. You can receive direct bookings and respond to requests posted by clients with custom proposals. Companies can also offer services by enabling the Gigs feature from their company profile.

If you cannot find the right professional in the directory, you can post a request describing the work you need, budget and area. Local professionals will be notified and can send you proposals with price, timeline and a personalized message. You can compare proposals, chat with professionals and accept the best fit. After the job is done, you can leave a verified review.

Yes, gigs integrate advanced AI features. Professionals can generate optimized service descriptions with AI and write personalized proposals automatically. Clients can get an AI price estimate for the requested work and a matching analysis between their request and received proposals. All AI features use credits purchasable in the dedicated section.

Yes! JobFlow fully supports volunteering and third sector organizations.

For organizations: publish volunteer postings specifying entity type (Volunteer Org, Social Promotion Assoc., Third Sector Entity, Foundation, Social Cooperative, Social Enterprise), expense reimbursement availability and maximum amount.
For volunteers: enable volunteering availability in your profile. Organizations can find and invite you.
Gigs: gig requests can also be volunteer activities.

In Italy, the reference legislation is D.Lgs. 117/2017 (Third Sector Code). For other countries, local legislation applies.

Under Italian law (D.Lgs. 117/2017), volunteering is unpaid by definition. Only actual documented expenses, pre-authorized by the organization, may be reimbursed.

On JobFlow, organizations can indicate whether expense reimbursement is available and the maximum amount. Reimbursement is managed directly between volunteer and organization, outside the platform.

Note: regulations vary by country. The law of the country where the activity takes place always applies.
